After you send your online application, you will receive a confirmation email telling you that your application has been received by our Residential Loan Department.

Typically within one business day, one of our Loan Officers will be in touch with you, via phone or email.

Unlike other banks, where you may have a team of people working your loan, at Profile Bank the dedicated Loan Officer who starts your application will be the person who helps you through the entire process, from start to finish.
